Error in Checkbox - VBA

Hi all

I have an error while writing a small code on Form Controls Checkbox.

What I want to do is: I have 2 checkboxes and I want to write a code that atleast one of them (or both) is on. If 1st checkbox is off and if I click the 2nd one off, the 1st one should be automatically on. Or if both of on, then no problem

The code I wrote is like this:
