    Create a macro to underline

    Hi
    I am trying to create a macro or programme to underline a category, i.e JLP001 underline, JLP002 underline and so forth.....
    any ideas? many thanks

    this is a bit confusing but this code will underline the selected cell....so you can create a FOR/NEXT loop that does an IF statement and then do the underline.

    Please further define your request. Are you saying in a Column, if the cell contents begin "JLP" underline that cell, or underline that row, or what? I don't know what a "category" means in this context. Maybe "sort by Column X, look for duplicates in that column, draw a line under the final duplicated cell"?
