Replacements on 2 column glossary

I have a two column glossary and in some cases, instead of repeating the word in column A (the term), abbreviated forms are used by means of the character — or ~.

For example:

accident | by —, κατά τύχη | ~al, τυχαίος

Should become

accident | by accident, κατά τύχη | accidental, τυχαίος

I guess even a function could do that.

Sheet1 as it is Sheet2 as it should become.
