Help me please.... im up the creek with out a paddle

ive let my alligator *** run off with my humming bird mouth... I thought i would be able to figure out how to master excel but i cant. ive been able to teach my self autocad solidworks but not excel.... here is my problem.

we are using word 2010 and excel 2010

I work at a small surveying company. we primarily do elevations certifications for Fema. we have a database in excel each customer is placed in one row and we have several columns with all the information such as address, first name, last name, phone.. so on and so on. now what im trying to do it make a vba forum that will allow the employees to
    1) input data and save the data to the data base.
    2) view data on a certain job number
    3) view data for all jobs on a given street
    4) click a button and send required data for the job viewed to a Fema Form in a word doc forum.
    5) update info form the forum when something changes.

Ive attached the database and the VBA form i created i will pay via paypal if someone could help me out... Joblist.xlsm

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(This thread should receive no further responses until this moderation request is fulfilled, as per Forum Rule 7)
