Help with VBA: fill out web form and export result to excel

Ok so I got the majority of the coding down for what I need. However, I keep getting stuck when I get to the second part and need to export the table to excel. I have tried using tab controls and just can't seem to get it to work. The url is http://rtr.precisionopinion.com/ As you will see after entering the project info and pulling up the report you get the option to export the data to excel. I can't figure out the vba to focus that area and export.

Ok so I was able to figure out what my issue was and got it to attempt to export. However, when it starts the process a new window tries to open to continue the process, but that window is immediately closed. This prevents me from selecting the option to open or save the exported file. Any help with some coding to force the window to stay active would really help. Here is the code I have so far

I really could use some help. I have created a second option to try and accomplish this however Im still not getting what I need. In this option it pulls up the url, fills out the form and submits. The next step is to grab the table inside the frame and enter the data to excel. However, for the life of me I can not get it to focus on the content inside the frame. Please any help would be appreciated even if its just somewhere else to look. This is as far as I got with this code, I just need to know what I need to put for ele cases. For an example use 32140 for the Job Code and 2 for the template
