How to set the footer Font to a default!

I have alot of files people send me and I always need to change the default footer font for all the worksheets in the work book.
How can I make it default set to Ariel-14 .
Is there a way to set a default setting.
Or Is there a Macro I can use.

Also If I wanted the default footer to be
First Box "Printed on %Date&Time"
Second "Pages of Pages"
Third : "File & Tab"

Is there a way to make all this happen in one click on all sheets.
Would be a huge help.
