Always Open Workbook in the INDEX tab

I have a workbook called monair.xslm with 10 tabs in it. The first tab is the INDEX tab. How do I get this workbook monair.xslm to always open on the Index tab?

There are 2 ways, either in the Workbook_Open event use sheets("INDEX").activate or the same code in the workbooks before_Save event, so the workbook is saved with the index sheet showing, this way will work when the macro security questions come up.
