Now First let me give you an Over View

I Have welcome letter for different 18 companies so every time we setup the company we email the welcome letter to them
which basically contains Login Details Training releated stuff on how to use our application.

So i came up with an Idea to setup this on macro based to I could send emails directly from Excel to the clients by just updating the username and password.

Req:1 Need to Add logo in body of message.

I need to Add Gifs or PNG (company logo on the email Body at the top of the message) and these logos could be saved on shared Drive,now how do i integrate this feature so when i send email it has the logos with the body. I am a noob at creating these macros I took Help of my friend to setup the entire code but my managers need this to be more Precise.

Req:2 I have 2 Email accounts setup 1 is my company email and 2 is Client provided Email and these emails should go from Client provided email how to make sure these are going from Client provided Email Box.

Req:3 How to add attachments from share point for example i have few training documents so when sending the welcome letter if i specify the path i should download the attachment and send it

Req:4 Email Body has username and password,sor for company 1 we just sent the username and password now the same we should not send it should give a warning saying this username and password is already sent to this email address.
