I would like to set up my excel workbook so that when the workbook is opened a message box will pop up with a YES or NO selection and if you click YES the file will open with automatic calculations but if you click no the file would open with manual calculations.
Could anyone help me figure out how to set this up?

Hi Phil_Packer,
The below code needs to be pasted into the Personal workbook area in the VB IDE.
Go to 'Developer' >> 'Visual Basic' and have look at the attached picture.
NOTE - This practice is not recommended as it is very easy to forget the autocalc setting is off & could lead to incorrect results being reported.
