    Re: Macro button

    Yes.
The easiest way is to assign a macro not to a button but to a shape, you place on a sheet (after you insert a shape on a sheet - for instance image of your icon - right-click on it and "assign macro").

    Re: Macro button

Are you asking if a button in excel can run a macro written to effect outlook? Then yes.
    Thanks,

    Re: Macro button

AFAIK you can't add shapes to outlook. You can however write a macro and assign it to a button in the quick access toolbar.
