UpdateLinks won't work with "With statement"

    Example 1 (No Error):

Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Example 2 (Compile Error):

Please Login or Register to view this content.
The 2nd example gives me a compile error message saying "Expected: = " and after ".Workbooks.Open (pathFName, updatelinks:=false)" is highlighted in red.

I don't understand why there is a compile error for that particular piece of code, especially it didn't give me compile error in the 1st example.

    Try removing the parentheses
