Linking cells from one sheet to another and update cells accordingly based on selection

Hi,

I have two different reportng sheet here, Leaders and Members.
I have 7 leaders and each leaders handle 7 to 12 members respectively.

In Sheet "Leaders", it shows the aggregate weekly result contributed by each members i.e. in total.
In Sheet "Members", it shows the daily result by each individual member.

What I wish to have is, in Leader sheet, when the users click on any cells within a row in the table for one particular member, it will link to the Members sheet, and not only that, the table in Members sheet will change accorrdingly.

I know this sounds confusing, I attached a sample of my intended end results with some notes written. Hope it helps to clarify clearest possible.

Do you have some sample data that would go into this?

Also, does it have to be in the exact format you have here? This sounds like an excellent use for pivot tables using slicers.

I do have a large amount of data but i need some time to sort it up.
