protect all worksheets except ...

Here is my macro I use to unprotect and protect all worksheets at the beginning and end of a single macro. How can I change it to unprotect/protect all but "sheet1"? Thank you.

Depending on whether sheet1 needs to be always portected or unprotected, you could just add a line on either of the above pieces of code to lock/unlock the sheet again?

i.e.
