New and no hair left Hide/Unhide colums macro!

I have tried copying pasting amending all sorts of scripts to achieve my goal but with limiting success.

I would like the columns individually in range L:AS to hide if the value in Row 4 (for each column) is NO if the value is anything other than NO remain unhidden

for example if the value in L4 = NO column L hidden etc etc

Thanks in advance for the help as I am fairly close to launching my laptop across the room

no I am not manualy entering data the cell pulls data from another worksheet the data is either NO, YES or Unknown
