Extracting rows of data to another worksheet based on a columns values

In the bottom of the 'AU' column on the 'Desktop' tab of the enclosed workbook, I end up with a bunch of additional rows called 'New row'. This can vary from none to hundreds depending of various criteria.

I want to be able to cut and paste those rows + the header row, to another worksheet in the same workbook called 'New Rows'

I tried to create a macro using filters but it's not able to do what i want it to do for some reason.

I'm trying to get as much of my daily mundane tasks as automated as possible so any help would be greatly appreciated.

As it is now, it copies the heading in to row 1 and the rest of the data in to next empty row.
If you want to clear the data first.
