Macro to transpose values in column B horizontally until next blank cell

I have been trying to find a way to do this for 4 days now...with no luck...HELP!!

I have a list of Bipads (column A) and their eligible issues (column B) I need formatted so that I can upload them into our system correctly.

Our system requirements are csv delimited (Ie: "bipad #", "issue #1", "issue #2", "issue #3", etc.) Currently I receive the data in the format of a vertical list. There is too many to go through and 'copy' ' paste special' 'transpose'. It is probably better to see so in Example 1 below is how I get the data and Example 2 is the end result of how I need the data to be. If anyone has ANY ideas or advice to try it would be greatly appreciated.

It wouldn't let me paste it as an embedded picture, you will have to click on "Excel1.jpg" which is how I receive it now and "Excel2.jpg" is how I need it to be (or relatively how I need it.)
