Pasting Header wise

Hi Friends,

I need to copy the Day 1 fruits to Sheet Day 1 if the fruits is more than 5 then insert a row after 5 and paste the same Header and data , if more than 5 fruit then insert one column after amnt. colum and give the header as count. the same as Day 2 day 3

Questions:
1. On the Day sheets, do you need the No (Column A) value to be the No value from Sheet 1, or should each Day sheet have a count of its own?
2. After every 5 records you want a new header row? Why?

There is no need to update column A, After five records i need a header because am printing the data to a page.

This code will delete any existing Day sheets, then create new ones for each "Day" found in column B. The day sheets will have page breaks inserted after every 5th data row, and the page setup will include the heading, so there is no need to paste the header into the data. I still need you to clarify what you mean your final request.
