Filter List with Textbox

i have list with full with the List of Position and i want to make TextBox to filter the list in only the items which equal to the list like if i write driver in the textbox it will get me all the Items in the List which have word driver like light driver , Heavy Driver , Truck driver , Driver , etc ....

So i want to know what code i can write to fitler only as the Text enter in the textbox .text

I need your help

Please Note that i use listbox activex control not the list on the Form
