automatically capture updated records to a seperate workbook

    Hi Experts,

I have a file that is working fine to add records what i would like is that when the record is updated then the updated or modified record is copied to another workbook so that a record is kept of all updates and changes made to any field.

Meaning that data can be updated or rewritten on the main workbook but every every update made is recorded and copied stealthily to another workbook maybe in another folder etc.

I have about 80 odd fields
Date Vehicle Id No Vehicle Name Sub Type Model Name Year CC Transmission 4WD True - False 5 Door True-False Colour Type Engine No Chassis No Reg No Province Addnl Province Vehicle Status Papers Name-Auction etc Car Owner Name Car Owner Address Car Owner Tel Car Owner Email Thai Id / Id No Owner Type Vehicle Selling Price Commission Amount Dealers Name Dealers Address Dealers Contact No Dealer Email Id Sold To Name Sold To Address Sold To Contact No Latest Vehicle Status Sold At PRICE ( Final Selling Price) Total Repair Cost Profit Amount Outstanding Balance Outstanding Bal Reason Bank Name Bank Address Car Loan Acc No Loan Officer Name Loan Officer No Loan Start Date Loan End Date Deposit Paid Loan Amount Installment Amt No Of Instal Paid Balance Instal No Tot Amt Due Instal Due Date Expected Vehicle Price Insurance Co Name Insurance Amount Insurance Type Insurance End Date Date Repair Vehicle Id No Vehicle Name Reg No Work Order No Repair Details Add nl Repair Info Date of Repair Place of Repair Workshop Addr Contact Person Contact No Repair Cost OLD Advance Paid Balance Payable Repair Cost 1 Repair Cost 2 Repair Cost 3 Repair Cost 4 Repair Cost 5 Repair Cost 6 Repair Cost 7 Repair Cost 8 Repair Cost 9 Repair Cost 10 Total Repair Cost

    Im using excel vba

    Thanks in advance
    Naz.
