VB Code to find 1st Occurrence of text in column A

Hello:

I have lots of duplicate text strings in column A.
I need a VB Code to find the location of 1st occurrence of say text "Totals".

I need to use this in my existing code:

Remember that i have 2nd occurrence of text "Totals" which i will use futher in the same macro.
