Dynamic counting number too fast, flickering and will displaying at same time

Hi Guys,

I have problem with counting number display too fast (while STOP command click), please find the attached document for detail:

and flickering (while Temperature display start counting),

Need helps to write the code or modified the code or formula to make counting down slowly and how to write code to stop flickering.
And also, I want the "temperature" label display will be showing together while the command "Start/Stop" clicked.

Note: The code for counting down (Sub Stop), i just modified from the forumla in the code "Sub Start".

Thanks for your helps, but there is no different with previous, which the speed counting down still too fast and temperature ran after speed count up finished (temperature is not running at the same time while speed start counting up).
