Overwrite or delete option if some datas are duplicate and add another row if not dupe.

Hi! Please help me with my excel problem. I am having trouble finding a way to check if duplicate values exist in a row and its adjacent row.

In this example the upper cells are the input cells and after pressing the plot button the program should look first if Date, SID and, Leave type already exists, if it is an option should appear whether to overwrite the row with new data or delete that specific row entirely and on the other hand, if it is not a duplicate, the whole range from top will be copied on the bottom row.
