Select, Copy and Paste a range within in Worksheet based on current date

I have tried to look through other examples but my knowledge of VBA code is so low that I couldn't figure out how to do this on my own. What I am trying to do is copy the data from rows 24 through 31 in the column that is the day prior to the current date and paste them into the same column but in rows 15-22 so that they remain permament in the worksheet.

The data in rows 24-31 is being populated from pivot tables that are updated daily (in other sheets) and they are set so that only the data for the day prior to the current date is populated. Since the data changes daily, the values are updated each day of the month which means the data from two days ago is lost (in rows 24-31). I want to maintain the history of these values through the month (by pasting them into rows 15-22 each day).

    John,
Thanks for your reply. I think I see what you are doing but the macro didn't copy the data. It might be looking at the wrong column (active.cell) when it tries to copy. To clarify; On 1/2/2014 I want to copy the data in the Column labeled 1/1/2014 (cell B2) from rows 24-31 to rows 15-22.
