Sending an email when value is below 50, need to reference item name too.

I would like to have the attached excel spreadsheet send me an email when the values in N5 to N200 fall below 50 and the company name in O be included in the subject line "Company Name has less than 50 covers in stock".

I am stymied... have read other posts/answers and they all make sense but I cannot transpose for my file.

Yes, each brand/company will fall below 50 at different times
Yes, Outlook is used as the email program
