Autolock a cell containing username in excel

I want a macro to auto lock a cell containing username, who has 1st worked on that excel. when i open that same file by other login, the previous login name is changed to other.i want the same name when sheet is opened.

I tried it but doesn't work for different username. username is getting changed if other user has logged in.
