Dependent drop down list in user form combo box vba

Hi all,
I have started learning userform function.

I have prepared one sample.
I want to learn as how to prepare drop down dependent list in user form combo box.
I have checked some sources, but I fail to understand.

Sample is attached.
If you can amend the sample file, it will then help me to learn better.
Or suggest any improvements.

Any help is highly appreciated

Just a small question if you can help please.
How do I go about generating data on sheet2 insted of sheet1 ??
Can I have Form button on sheet 2 insted of sheet1
The range of items table will remain in sheet1 ( which will be hidden)

I tried to study your code, but simply going over my head.
I certainly need some help. I have attached a file. Please see.
