Date and Time move to textboxes

Hello,

I have a textboxes and commandbutton. I have a code in commandbutton:

and it gives a result like this: 1/10/2014 4:11:05 AM

I just want to move the date in textbox1 and the time in textbox2, also i just want the time always in 12hour format.
