Macro takes a long time to run, can this process run quicker?

Hello to all and thank you for help in these matters.

I am trying to have the macro select blanks cells, delete these cells and then shift cells with data to the left. The run time seems long. Is there another method I could accomplish the same result? Or, another macro which would be quicker?

Basically, it copies the data in Col C and then Paste the data to Col D.
Then selects Col D-W, removes Blank Cells and shift data in Col D-W to left.

There must other reason for slowing the code as the data you have are small.
