Copy, paste, replace- user defined range in all the defined sheets

Hi,

I am facing a situation like, I am having an excel file with several tabs. In each tab there are monthly details available like "Balance as at 31 October 2013" and the transaction details for the month and the closing "Balance as at 30 November 2013". For each month I am manually copying the cells and pasting it below and changing the date. I want to macro it.

This is what my plan is: Since the row numbers are different in all the tabs I need to give the begining row as "Balance as at 31 October 2013"+1 and the ending row as "Balance as at 30 November 2013". So the range will be from the row next to "Balance as at 31 October 2013" till the row "Balance as at 30 November 2013" which has to be copied and pasted in the below and the range from where the data copied is to be paste special. Then the second "Balance as at 30 November 2013" to be changed to "Balance as at 31 December 2013".

This is to be done for the tabs defined by the user. Can someone help me in solving this.
