VBA script to download CSV from Website to Workbook or Save it

I have a program that directly opens a website and performs a series of commands and eventually leads to downloading a CSV file. I am at the step where the window is prompting me to either Open, Save, or Save As for the csv file. See the attached image.

I want to know how to Open and paste the csv data into a worksheet that I am running the macro on?

I have tried the following but not really sure if this is the correct path to take
