How to login to Windows Security dialog box

Hello all,

I currently have code to go to a webpage and download a file ie (google drive) etc.

This code works perfectly - however im now looking to add the file to a secure webserver rather than on Google Drive

Due to this change - I now get a popup dialog titled "Windows Security"

My question is - does anyone know how communicate with this dialog to login automatically?
