Disable button with message if sheet is protected

I have a button on a worksheet. If the button is clicked and the worksheet is locked, I'd like a message to appear that says "Worksheet is locked" with an OK button. If the worksheet is not locked (protected), I want the button to perform a different task (for which I already have the macro).

What does that code look like? TIA!

Look at example 2 and see if this would work for you... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/161245
