macro to copy name down to next active cell?

hello

Looking for a macro that will copy the name on i.e. row 5 until all the blanks in the row down filled until next name.

for example, row A5 = John Doe (row A6-A100 are blank) and row A101 = Jason Mark....i would like the macro to copy/paste the name John Doe from row A6-A100 and then do the same for Jason Mark until next active row? I want the same concept for items in column B.

i have attached a sample workbook. i have to do this monthly and would be extremely tedious so i hope macro can achieve this!
