list the values into comboboxes and vlookup to textbox from cmbobx

Dear Expert

I have set of data for list out in combobox4,6,7,8 from set of every list range in sheet combolist but i tried to list out the values but it wouldnt happen for me

and also i want do vlookup thorugh combobox1 result display in textbox10
from lookup range of sheet DV.range is (G:H),columnindex is 2)

if i select in combobox1 "52-3101712" i want result in textbox10 is 5
