Macro to clen values in the cells in excel 2007

Hi,

I have a data that needs to be cleaned such a way that only the values after '-',;>','to','Over' to be retained and also need to remove trailing '+'and ',' in the values.
You can see the example below.I have also attached sample spreadsheet.
The macro should work in any row or column in the sheet not just the particular column.

Count
222-333
1000-9999
1000-9999
222-333
1000-9999
100 to 200
100>200
100+
100,
Over 2000
