search button with reply sentence

Hello all, first of all I'm apologize for my english.
I have a table full of codes (every code is unique) and I want to create a search button who reply with 2 sentences: if it is appear or if it is not.
I never worked with Macros. Could you someone help me to build this?

Attached is an example of the table I built

The results after the search should be:

if the data was found: "The BIN has been approved in the past"
if there is NO data: "The number you are searching wasn't found"

use the attached file.


click on "press me" button or press ctrl+shift+T.


and input the data which you want to search....

and you will get your result.
