I wish to be able to send an entire table of contents (typically names and numbers as listed below), copied and sent via email along with a subject and salutation in the email:

Typically the email content would be "Hello xxxxx, our team contacts for the hour"
subject would be "contacts"
I was wondering if I could somehow automate the excel sheet to send out the mail every hour or 3 hours as such, by the click of a button or after entering a value in one of the cells.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
