Macro to replace any 10 digit number in the cell which has other description

Pls help in creating macro which will replace any 10 digit number with XX in the same cell.
The cell contains description and the position of the 10 digit vary.

Ex: Nov10 2013 customer need help in calling. provide information 3424223434. Some more text

Thanks for your reply. I tried doing but not success as i have to replace in the same cell in place of number with dummy text
And have to do in macro as to reuse it further
