How to highlight a word in a sentence?

Hi,
In column A there are words, and in column B examples containing these words,
For instance: if in A1 appears the word "pertinent" then in the adjacent column appears the sentence "it is pertinent to mention that.."
I need code to color only the common word, hence the word pertinent,
Here is the code I was thinking of, just as a base, it does not work:
