Macro To Transpose Data

I wonder if somebody can help with a macro that I need to write.

I have a list of shifts per employee (see Sheet1 of the enclosed spreadsheet).

I would like a macro that will basically transpose the data so that Sheet2 column A contains the ID and then columns B, C, D, E, Etc. the Shift (see Sheet2 of the enclosed spreadsheet for an example of how the output should look).

There will be over 200 employees to run the macro against.
