POP UP Message to prompt if open file is not used for x seconds

    Dear All
I need a macro that will trigger a POP UP message ("Please concentrate on your work") if an open Excel file is not used (either by keyboard or by Mouse) for 5 or 10 seconds ("X" seconds,).
I would be grateful for your help.
    Thnx
