macro to filter matched data

Hi can someone help me with a macro to filter matching data.example worksheet attached.

data is in sheet "data"
data I am trying to match is in "data to match"
how I would like result to look is in sheet "filtered data"

The code does not filter the data in filtered sheet, but copies the filtered match in to that sheet.
