Detect when all cells in a range change value

I need to detect when all cells in A1 to Z1 have changed and then execute some code. I've tried using intersect target method but I don't think it will work when i need to know that all the cells have changed.

Cells A1 to Z1 change all at a time or cell by cell ?

They change cell by cell. It takes about 1 second for all of the cells to update.

So it's more difficult … Original cells values must be saved before elsewhere …
