Hi Martindwilson,
For less data i can do it manually, since the data is more and lengthy, i am looking for formula or Macro to do this to save time and accuracy.
Follow this link:

Scroll down to the C category.
There are a couple of entries related to copying comments. Maybe one of them is what you're looking to do.

Hi Tony Valko,
Thanks for sharing the web link, I have found related few link like, Copy Comments to another sheet / Microsoft Word. But no updates like "copy text from cell to comments". in case if you able to share any formula / code, please do help me.
You'll need a VBA/macro solution to do this.
I'm not much of a programmer so someone else will need to help you with the code.
You'll have a better chance at getting a VBA/macro solution if you post this question in the Excel Programming / VBA / Macros forum.
Send a PM to a moderator and ask them to move this thread into the Excel Programming / VBA / Macros forum.
Good luck!
Thanks a lot Tony Valko for your feed back.

I'll report your post and some moderator/administrator will see it.

You're welcome!
