Notepad to excel and back to notepad

Hello:

Please refer to 2 attached file, one excel and one notepad file.
I have data in Notepad in the format as shown in the file.
I am copying the data from Notepad to excel and get to the data as shown in the excel file.

I would like to use this excel file and add/edit data.
After complete adding/editing the data, i wanto to convert in the original notepad format.

Please help with this task.
