format cells in a specific way if cell if before a certain charactor

Hi

Im loking for a method of formatting a cell in a row if the row contains an E further along the row.

Example
Data Range: Row A1 to BB1
Range A1 to AA1 contain "P" and cell AB1 contains and "E".

I like to be able to give cells A1:AA1 a new format as AB1 contains "E".

Any help really welcomed
