Script to save to folder in "v:\dept2", confirm file saved, then delete from "v:\dept1"

This will be a private sub that will go in the buttons on my userform:

1: Save file with its current filename in "v:\dept2"

(Make sure it warns if it could possibly overwrite something)

2: Verify file is present in v:\dept2 (important because it is on a sharepoint server)

3: Once verified, delete file matching current filename from v:\dept1

So I came up with this, and it works, but the problem is it treats the macro workbook as the activeworkbook and not the other book im running the macro from.

So basically it does the proper function, but it saves my personal macroworkbook in dept2, not the book I am working with.

    What am I doing wrong?
