Moving a row to another sheet with macros

I currently have a workbook with two sheets. The first sheet is my open sheet that displays all of my "open" items. It has 14 Columns and 3002 rows. The first two rows are the title and the headers for each column. In Row H I have it set as a drop down box to change the status of each row from "open" to "Needs Approval" to "Published". When I change that drop down box I want excel to move the entire row to my second sheet labled "Published" and delete the row from my "Open" sheet. If possible, I would like to be able to move the row back to the "Open" sheet if I need to change the status back from "Published" to "Open" or "Needs Approval".

I'm pretty sure this can be done...I just can't seem to get my Macros right, I tried recording a macros but it didn't do what I needed. Any help would be great!

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Attached is a sheet of something similar to what I'm working with. I want to move the row that changes from any other status to "closed" to the "closed" tab.
