Hiding sheets

I have created a form using excel 2007 but being new to VBA I am struggling with finding a solution to what I would like to do.
The workbook is only two sheets one named New and one Amend. The first question on the form asks whether the end user wants to create a new entry or amend an existing one (The entry refers to is on a database that they have no access to, I will be doing the updates).
I have used a data validation list to create a drop down for them to select either New or Amend. what I would like is when they pick the Amend option, the sheet for a new entry is hidden from them and when they select new from the drop down the amend sheet is hidden.
Any help with the code to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry maybe I didn't explain very well.
What I am trying to achieve is when someone selects Add from the dropdown in cell K19 then only the Add sheet is visible or when they select Amend only the Amend sheet is visible, I do want them to be able to change their mind which is why i have given the option on both sheets.
I have attached the file in the hope someone can help.
