Rounding up at X.10

I'm trying to round up a basic calculation which results in any X.10 or greater rounding up to the next whole number (IE: 2.12 would round to 3).

Where:
SamplePercent = .06
Quantity = 505

SampleQuantity = 30.3.

I've used some functions to "tear apart" a date and get the month/year, but I'm not familiar with how I would tear this down to make any tenth of a Number>.10= Number+.9 or something similar.
